David McGillivray is a Human Resource Management consultant with over 18 years of management experience in small, medium and large organisations. He has gained broad experience in the financial services, strategic planning and general management.

David is very personable, relates extremely well with people and is passionate about people and organisation development. His personal integrity and professional approach ensures that his clients receive total confidentiality.

David was State Manager of Coventry Fasteners in Victoria for sixteen years (1986-2002). In that role he was instrumental in helping Coventry Fasteners grow from a one-location company employing 13 people into a multi-site organisation employing over 100 people.

In 2002 David established Successful Business Strategies, and has enjoyed guiding company owners, managers and employees to excellent results ever since. David contributes a wealth of knowledge that helps to align an organisation's vision and systems with its people, so that each is working toward the same objectives.
