Experience

Peter has worked in a range of business environments and industry sectors; large corporate to small business. For the past several years Peter has had a major focus on retail pharmacy and has worked extensively with Amcal, Chemmart, Priceline, Terry White, Pharmacy Plus pharmacies, The Pharmacy Guild of Australia, Faulding Health Care and Mayne Health.

Peter works with owners, managers and staff in a responsive and integrated manner. This is demonstrated by the development of his very practical and results focused leadership programmes. The power of this lies in Peter's delivery and follow up.

Peter works with and through people to achieve results. He has the capacity to coach, counsel and educate at all levels. Peter is skilled in workplace counselling, mediation, performance coaching and appraisals and has special talents in developing teamwork and effective communication.
